Originally, the Beagle comes from England. It is the smallest of the Scent Hound Dogs, which the breeders breed them initially to hunt small animals. Since it is not difficult to take care of Beagle, which has medium build, and short legs, this dog has became a favorite for research laboratories. Moreover, this bred can get along well with other dogs and does not have much health problems.

How To Treat Dogs With Heartworm Diseases

The treatment of dogs with heartworm disease emphasizes on killing
both the offspring and adult worms with microfilaricide and adulticide
respectively. Other objectives include reduction of side effects from
the application of these medications and complications arising from the
dead heartworms.

Studies show that dogs with or without mild symptoms recover from
this disease after being treated with these medications. However, some
dogs, which are seriously infected, may die after treatment.
